Refund policy

SGM RACING does not accept returns on items due to an incorrect purchase or change of personal circumstances. It is also up to you the consumer to check all parts will fit your vehicle. By placing an order you acknowledge that you understand and accept SGM RACING's terms and conditions and policies 

To be eligible for a return, You must be able to prove fault with the item and provide us with sufficient evidence of the fault. Simply claiming an item is faulty is not sufficient evidence and your request will be denied. 

To start a claim, you must contact us at sgmracingsalesteam@gmail.com. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We are not a massive corporation with head offices all over the world..... Items sent back to us without first requesting a claim and going through the due process as laid out by us in our response to your claim will not be accepted. Return shipping is done at your expense.

Damages and Issues
It's up to you to inspect your order upon receiving it and to contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any claims made due to items being defective, damaged or being the incorrect parts supplied by us MUST be done within the 24 hour period from when you receive the order or the claim will be DENIED.

SGM RACING is not liable for your item being lost or stolen once successfully delivered. We get notified of the delivery of your order immediately and we are not liable from that point onwards of its safety.

SGM RACING is not liable for orders going missing due to you supplying us the wrong address for shipping. It's up to you to enter the correct details in your order. Any mistakes in your delivery due to incorrect or missing information is the responsibility of you.

SGM RACING reserves the right to cancel and deny orders at anytime to any location for any reason. Orders will be refunded less a $10usd or a 4% restocking fee (whichever is greater)

SGM RACING reserves the right to charge a $10 or a 4% (whichever is greater) restocking fee for any orders cancelled. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
