Finally you can upgrade the dull outdated factory GM radio for a full aftermarket with this double din head unit install kit + coin tray for use in the VXR8
These updated kits contain everything you need to upgrade from your factory stock unit. You'll just need to supply the head unit of your choice.
We only offer the Version 2 install kit which is the latest iteration of the kits available. These later model kits are much more refined with newer hardware including an updated screen and newer updated software for a better overall experience over the previous version, these are the units to have!
Common questions
Will my climate control still function normally? For all RHD cars, the climate control will still function like factory however, if your car is LHD like how it is for our American and Canadian friends, the kits will only read in Celsius and the climate knobs will be slightly different to the factory setup as they setup for right hand drive cars.

What size radio will I need to order? 177mm x 98mm or 7"x 3.88" is the largest dimension head unit that will fit. This is more or less the standard double din sizing.
