Full aftermarket double din head unit install kit + wireless phone charger for use in the Holden Commodore VE 1 and all other models based on the VE1 platform with the dual zone climate control excluding the PPV model.
These updated kits contain everything you need to upgrade from your factory stock unit. You just need to supply the head unit. The V2 kits we offer only read in Celsius as of 10/12/22 and work for LHD and RHD vehicles built on the VE1 platform giving you a modern upgraded look and feel over the stock outdated radio
Common questions:
Will this fit my G8? Yes, however as of 10/12/22 we are no longer selling these kits with the understanding they will have the option to read in Fahrenheit. Aerpro will be making changes to these kits to remove the Fahrenheit function and mode change on these particular kits. So these kits are now tailored towards markets other than the US. SGM RACING exports parts all over the world Including our local market not just to the USA, we will continue to support the car community and offer these parts to the US market for those that want them. They will still fit and work in your G8 but will ONLY work in Celsius from 10/12/22. The V2 kits we offered prior to 10/12/22 would read in both Fahrenheit and Celsius
Will my climate control still function normally? For all RHD cars the climate control will still function like factory however for our American and Canadian friends with left hand drive cars these kits will now only read in Celsius and the climate knobs will be slightly different to the factory setup as they suited for right hand drive cars.
